Please read the Notes from 3/28 and Missed Lines 3/28 in the shared folders. (See the For the Company page for the links.) These documents are very important elements of our working process as a company. Take some time to review and work out these ideas so we can continue to refine, clean up, and improve our show.
Please make sure you are clear on the end times of all rehearsals and all call times for the next two weeks. And don’t forget your $3 or dinner for tomorrow’s Q2Q.
Looking forward to tech week and production week with you all!!
Hey all —
EDIT: It just came to my attention that Chris Kuchler made a Facebook event earlier this week — so please share this event with your friends.
Enjoy your weekend, and make sure you get those posters up by Sunday! (Any posters that you haven’t hanged by the end of the weekend, please bring back to school on Monday.)
Thanks for all your hard work!
Notes from the run on 3/26 are updated in the Notes from Artistic Staff folder. And Missed Lines from 3/26 are in the Missed Lines folder. Both folders are accessible from the For the Company page.
Hey, Mattress Cast Extraordinaire!
Please read and review the notes that are posted on the For the Company page. Click “Notes from Artistic Staff”, and you’ll see mine and Maggie’s notes from Saturday’s run.
Don’t let a note be given to you twice. Read it, heed it, and step up your game every rehearsal! Please check in with us if you have questions. Yesss!!!
Congrats again on a great Understudy Run today!
Here is the record of missed lines from today. Please review it. A hard copy will also be posted on the callboard.
On the For the Company page, I’ve posted a link to a folder which will contain all the missed lines for each rehearsal. So, after every rehearsal, just go there and you’ll see what you need. Again, a hard copy will also be posted on the callboard after every rehearsal. (Thank you, Dan!)
Notes from me and Maggie will also be added via a link on the For the Company page. We’ll let you know when they’re up and complete!
Hooray, Mattress cast and crew! Hope to see you tomorrow sometime 10a-3p for the big foam carving/painting day.
CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS–Parents, cast, crew, and friends! Your help is needed with construction of the “Once Upon a Mattress” set.
From 10a-3p Sunday, March 23, in Stretton Hall, we will be carving, painting, and splattering the foam on the giant castle/chess pieces parts of the “Mattress” set. Fun!!!
Your assistance is welcome for any amount of time. Please wear clothes you don’t mind adorning with paint. Rumor has it that Andrew Beal will have doughnuts for volunteers.
Hope to see you Sunday!!

- Plans to support the purchase of an acoustical shell
- Update on choral events for the rest of the year
Refreshments will be served!
