An important note on audition results:

We know that auditioning for anything is courageous. It means risking being disappointed. We commend you for taking the risk, and we recognize that it can be tough when results are not what you had hoped for. Below are two great articles about reacting to audition results realistically and productively. Please take some time to read and consider these ideas. Remember that disappointments can be temporary. You are all expected to be kind, professional, and team-oriented as we work together on this show. Let’s get to the singing, dancing, and acting and have a great time starting Monday!

Tickets!!! Show Week!!!

Happy Show Week!! Please read this important message from our VPA Boosters. Thank you for all your support and efforts. Hooray for Mattress!

Dear parents of cast and crew and parent volunteers:

“Once Upon a Mattress”debuts THIS week!

NOW is the time to get on- line and order your tickets to see the show.

All seats are assigned, so getting to the show early won’t help.  If you want the best possible seats go to www.cheltenhammusictheatre.org and order yours today.  On-line ticket sales will end at 4 pm on Tuesday.  After that you will have to purchase seats at the door.

We appreciate the time and support that all of the volunteers are putting into the show.  Our kids have put together an awesome evening of entertainment. As parents and supporters of Musical Arts in the Schools we need to show that support by buying tickets, attending the show, and encouraging all our family and friends to do so as well.

See you at the show,

Sara Reiter and Kristin McHugh

Notes from Q2Q

Hello all,

Maggie’s notes from yesterday’s Q2Q are up in the shared folder. (I’ll give a few notes today at 3:00, but most of mine I gave to individuals yesterday.)

Please be sure to read these notes, and also review the notes from previous runs, if you need to–and many of you do.

Thanks! Keep up the excellent work, everybody!
