Tickets!!! Show Week!!!

Happy Show Week!! Please read this important message from our VPA Boosters. Thank you for all your support and efforts. Hooray for Mattress!

Dear parents of cast and crew and parent volunteers:

“Once Upon a Mattress”debuts THIS week!

NOW is the time to get on- line and order your tickets to see the show.

All seats are assigned, so getting to the show early won’t help.  If you want the best possible seats go to and order yours today.  On-line ticket sales will end at 4 pm on Tuesday.  After that you will have to purchase seats at the door.

We appreciate the time and support that all of the volunteers are putting into the show.  Our kids have put together an awesome evening of entertainment. As parents and supporters of Musical Arts in the Schools we need to show that support by buying tickets, attending the show, and encouraging all our family and friends to do so as well.

See you at the show,

Sara Reiter and Kristin McHugh

VPA Co-Presidents

Missed Lines, Notes, Sunday work day

Hey all,

Congrats again on a great Understudy Run today!

Here is the record of missed lines from today. Please review it. A hard copy will also be posted on the callboard.

On the For the Company page, I’ve posted a link to a folder which will contain all the missed lines for each rehearsal. So, after every rehearsal, just go there and you’ll see what you need. Again, a hard copy will also be posted on the callboard after every rehearsal. (Thank you, Dan!)

Notes from me and Maggie will also be added via a link on the For the Company page. We’ll let you know when they’re up and complete!

Hooray, Mattress cast and crew! Hope to see you tomorrow sometime 10a-3p for the big foam carving/painting day.

Scenic Painting Volunteer Day Sun, Mar 23, 10a-3p

CALLING ALL VOLUNTEERS–Parents, cast, crew, and friends! Your help is needed with construction of the “Once Upon a Mattress” set.

From 10a-3p Sunday, March 23, in Stretton Hall, we will be carving, painting, and splattering the foam on the giant castle/chess pieces parts of the “Mattress” set. Fun!!!

Your assistance is welcome for any amount of time. Please wear clothes you don’t mind adorning with paint. Rumor has it that Andrew Beal will have doughnuts for volunteers.

Hope to see you Sunday!!
